# About Vigil Autonomy

Vigil Autonomy is an Austin, Texas company and the source for UAS and C-UAS detection and tracking: data, models, and scorecards.

Autonomy is evolving. Novel airframes show up weekly. Sensing pipelines are not keeping up. Expensive stacks trained on hand-labeled single-platform datasets do not scale to the threat. The miss that gets through has asymmetric downside.

The problem is not more brochure hardware. The problem is intelligence: field data, detection models, tracking models, and benchmarks that evolve. Builders of UAS and C-UAS systems need better data and models; procurers of those systems - militaries, government, public safety - need to know where a bought stack fails. That is the gap Vigil was built to close.
